Prayer Ministry

Prayer is a relevant characteristic of authentically Christian life. Prayer is the way the son of God communicates with his heavenly Father. The best way to meet a friend is by spending time with him, talking with him. Well, in the same way, the best way to get intimate and know God is through spending time with Him in prayer, talking to Him.

What would be of our life without prayer and in essence, prayer is simply talking to God. We should not be afraid to approach Him because He is our Father. God always listens to our prayers, begs and pleads, and also always answers them according to his will.

'Cry out to me, and I will answer you, and I will teach you great and hidden things that you do not know' (Jeremiah 33: 3). God calls us to present our concerns, our needs, for him to dispose and for his eventual blessing. He also calls us to share our joys and triumphs.

God wants us to call him so he can answer our prayers. He also wants to share with us incredible blessings he has for us that we could not have had without prayer. He wants us to approach more intimately and the only way is through prayer. 'Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you.'(James 4: 8)

In Sovereign King Church, we prioritize this communication with our Lord, for this reason one day a week we meet to have a more intimate relationship, and to intercede also for other people or requests.
